To prevent and avoid the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19), we have implemented the following procedures to protect the health and well-being of our customers, employees, and the general public. Most importantly, we urge everyone to be safe.
Expert Appliance is considered an essential business and will be operating during these difficult times at a smaller capacity to repair and service your appliance. We are taking the following recommended steps to ensure our customer’s and technician’s safety.
Each technician will:
- Wear a mask to deter/prevent transmission
- Employees will sanitize their hands before and after each service visit.
- Employees not feeling well will not be dispatched or allowed to return to work until they have gone through 10-14 days in self-quarantine. We will also ask clients if they or anyone in their household have been ill or experienced any symptoms in the last two weeks.
- We have implemented a no-contact/social distance policy for clients and employees.
